Figure Legend Snippet: The mechanism diagram of SirT7-mediated transcription of fascin contributes to EndMT in diabetic nephropathy. The expression of SirT7, which inhibits the transcription of fascin1, is down-regulated in hyperglycemic HGECs and the kidneys of DN rats. Fascin1 with increased expression in hyperglycemia further induces EMT.
