    Article Snippet: The mixture was placed in an incubator at 37 °C with 5% CO 2 for 30 min, followed by stimulation with recombinant human NGF (R&D Systems, 256-GF) at a final concentration 0.1 μg/mL (or PBS as negative control) and the resulting mixtures were further incubated for 20 min. Next, anti-CD123-APC (Miltenyi Biotec, 130-115-265) and anti-CD203c-PE (Miltenyi Biotec, 130-092-343) antibodies were added and continued to incubate for another 15 minutes.
