    Administration of Rhy exerted an anti-asthma function by suppressing the <t>TGF-β1-mediated</t> Smad and MAPK signaling in vivo . Allergic asthma was induced by ovalbumin administration in mice. Subsequently, lung tissues were collected and subjected to western blotting in order to determine the expression levels of molecules involved in TGF-β1-induced Smad and MAPK signaling. Six replicates of each assay were performed, and data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation. *P<0.05 vs. sham group; # P<0.05 vs. asthma group.
