    Article Snippet: Frozen LN tissue sections were stained with sheep anti-human CD169 (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN, USA), mouse anti-human CD3 or mouse anti-human CD68 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) and rabbit anti-human CD8 (Thermo Fisher Scientific), followed by specimen-paired immunofluorescence secondary antibodies (Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA).
