( a ) ITGA3 knock-down in PANC-1 PDAC cells was achieved using CRISPR-Cas9. Flow cytometry confirmed the reduction of ITGA3 expression in knockout cells (ITGA3-KO) compared to non-targeting gRNA-treated cells and untreated controls.
