Article Title: Imaging the large‐scale and cellular response to focal traumatic brain injury in mouse neocortex
Article Snippet: A Pockels cell (Conoptics, Danbury, CT, USA) was used for laser intensity modulation, and a triggerable shutter (Uniblitz VCM-D1, Vincent Associates, Rochester, NY, USA) blocked the beam when not acquired.

Article Title: Characterizing Biophysical Parameters of Single TCR-pMHC Interactions Using Optical Tweezers
Article Snippet: Various Uniblitz (or equivalent) shutters and shutter driver box connected to foot pedals and digital outputs (TTL) from Lab-VIEW programs control whether beams are on or off.

Article Title: Method for preparing a coated article
Article Snippet: The broad band light source was fitted with a UNIBLITZ® VS-25 high-speed computer-controlled shutter that momentarily opened during data collection.

Article Title: Imaging the large‐scale and cellular response to focal traumatic brain injury in mouse neocortex
Article Snippet: A Pockels cell (Conoptics, Danbury, CT, USA) was used for laser intensity modulation, and a triggerable shutter (Uniblitz VCM‐D1, Vincent Associates, Rochester, NY, USA) blocked the beam when not acquired.

Article Title: The relationship between spectral signals and retinal sensitivity in dendrobatid frogs
Article Snippet: A Uniblitz shutter (Model VMM-D1) gated the 5 ms-duration flashes.

Article Title: Fabrication of hierarchical sapphire nanostructures using ultrafast laser induced morphology change.
Article Snippet: An adjustable-speed electronic shutter (Vincent Associates VS25 25mm optical shutter) provides control over the pulse count.

Article Title: Transsynaptic labeling and transcriptional control of zebrafish neural circuits.
Article Snippet: Deciphering the connectome, the ensemble of synaptic connections that underlie brain function, is a central goal of neuroscience research.. Here we report the in vivo mapping of connections between presynaptic and postsynaptic partners in zebrafish, by adapting the trans-Tango genetic approach that was first developed for anterograde transsynaptic tracing in Drosophila.. Neural connections were visualized between synaptic partners in larval retina, brain and spinal cord and followed over development.

Article Title: Compact laser-driven plasma X-ray source for time-resolved diffraction, spectroscopy and imaging experiments at ELI Beamlines
Article Snippet: .. An ultrafast Uniblitz laser shutter (80 ms full cycle) is automatically closed during the line-changing sequence to prevent the tape from being cut by the laser during the chamber shift. ..
