    Short-Axis Comparison Between CMR and PCD-CT Findings The basal short-axis slices (upper row) show late enhancement surrounding the pseudoaneurysm, while the mid slices (middle row) show late enhancement of the inferior wall below the pseudoaneurysm. The apical slices (lower row) do not show any enhancement of the myocardium. A stack artifact in the PCD-CT images seems to cause a horizontal line of increased ECV in the mid/apical short axis slice. T2-weigted CMR images do not include a hyperintense signal in the infarcted myocardium, indicating the absence of myocardial edema and confirming the chronic stage of the infarction. A hyperintense signal of the pericardium is visible, consistent with active pericarditis.
