Final analysis of LA and CBT was conducted in STATISTICA 8.0, while EEG, sleep architecture, and Gamma Coefficient of Variation (CV) were analyzed using R/RStudio with specific packages (e.g. tidyverse , lme4 , and emmeans packages).
