Data for women in each group are shown in white symbols and data for men in black symbols. Data were analyzed using a general linear model with factors of group x microdialysis site. There was a significant main effect for group ( p < 0.01) and microdialysis site ( p < 0.01) and a significant interaction effect ( p < 0.01).
