Article Snippet: Incubation in Giemsa staining solution (Giemsa stock solution 1.09204.0500, Merck, Darmstadt, Germany) diluted 1: 10 in buffer (67 mmol KH2PO4) at RT for 40 min., rinsed in 1% acetic acid for 10 sec. and differentiated in 3 × 99% alcohol, cleared in Xylol and mounted with Eukitt.
