Article Snippet: Data collection , The genomic DNA was extracted using the QIAamp DNA mini kit (Qiagen, Germany). The genomic library was prepared using the NEBNext dsDNA Fragmentase, NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB, USA), and sequenced using DNBSeq-G99 (MGI) with the Illumina platform (2×150 PE).
